Every question your videos raise, answered and recorded.
Cwaize places an Ask AI button on the YouTube, Vimeo and self-hosted videos on your website. Viewers receive answers drawn only from the video and the knowledge you add. Every question is recorded for your team, including each one the video could not answer.
Works with YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Vimeo and HTML5 video. Nothing is migrated.
Two channels.Speech and screen, read together.
One source.Answers only from the video and your knowledge.
No guesses.Where the material is silent, Cwaize says so.
Every gap.Recorded and counted for your team.
A tutorial cannot take questions.
A viewer reaches a step that does not match their screen, and the video moves on. The question becomes a support ticket, an email or a closed tab, and whoever maintains the video never learns which step fell short.
The question leaves the video.
- It reaches your support teamSomeone answers it by hand, and again for the next customer.
- Or it reaches nobodyThe viewer gives up, and the question is lost.
- The video stays as it wasNothing shows which step needs a better explanation.
The question stays with the video.
- It is answered on the videoFrom what the video says and shows, in the viewer's language.
- Unanswered questions are keptRecorded and counted in your dashboard.
- One fact answers every later viewerAdd it once; the video does not need to be re-recorded.
It reads the screen, not only the transcript.
Software is explained on screen: a menu opens, a setting changes, a message appears. Much of it is never said aloud. Cwaize analyses the image alongside the narration, so viewers can ask about what they see.
- Menu paths and button labels
- Settings, values and on-screen messages
- Slide text and product labels
Your team sees what the video could not answer.
Every question arrives in the viewer's own words. Identical questions are grouped and counted, so the most frequent gap rises to the top. Each one can be answered from the dashboard without touching the video. The gap list is included in the Growth and Scale plans.
| Question | Video | Asked | Last asked | Status | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Where is the API key after the update? | Getting started | ×9 | 2 hours ago | Open | |
| Does the export include archived projects? | Exports | ×6 | Yesterday | Open | |
| Can I change the billing email myself? | Account settings | ×4 | 3 days ago | Open | |
| Which roles can invite new members? | Team setup | ×3 | Last week | Resolved |
Illustrative example. Questions and counts are not customer data.
Answer once. Every later viewer receives it.
When a viewer asks something the video does not cover, the question is recorded as a gap. Add the missing fact in one step. It applies immediately, and the next viewer who asks receives the complete answer. The video itself does not change.
Included in the Growth and Scale plans.
Viewer asks
Somebody watching your video types the thing they were about to leave over. It arrives in their own words, at a timestamp, whether or not you ever anticipated it.
No form. No ticket. No delay.
Gap shown
If the answer is not in the video, the widget says so instead of inventing one — and the question lands in your dashboard marked as a gap, with a counter on it. Eleven people asking the same thing is a decision, not a data point.
A refusal is a correct outcome here.
Fill in one click
Closing that gap takes a single click. You type the missing answer — no re-recording, no editing software, nobody to wait on. It goes straight into the AI's understanding of the video and is live immediately.
The video did not change. What it can answer did.
Next one answered
Every viewer arriving afterwards gets the complete answer. Your content compounds — shaped by what your audience actually wants to know, not by what you guessed they would.
And the loop starts again, one question wiser.
Built for the videos that explain your product.
Help center and tutorials
Customers ask about the screen in front of them and receive the answer on the video. What the tutorial does not cover arrives as a recorded gap.
Onboarding and walkthroughs
New users ask at the moment the question arises, in their own language, without leaving the step they are on.
Product demos and webinar recordings
Prospects ask what the recording does not say. You read, in their own words, what they wanted to know.
Three steps. Nothing to script.
There is no conversation flow to design and no model to train. After the third step, viewers can ask.

Frequently asked questions.
Which video players does Cwaize support?
Self-hosted HTML5 video, YouTube embeds, YouTube Shorts and Vimeo embeds. You keep the player already on your page, and nothing is migrated. Other players are not supported at this time.
Does Cwaize understand what is shown on screen?
Yes. Each video is analysed for both narration and image, including on-screen text, labels and interface states. Viewers can ask about what is shown but never said, and Cwaize can answer questions about videos without narration.
What happens when the video does not contain the answer?
Cwaize states that the answer is not in the material instead of guessing, and records the question as a gap. On the Growth and Scale plans, the gap appears in your dashboard and the missing fact can be added in one step; every later viewer who asks receives it.
Where do the answers come from?
Only from the video and the knowledge you add. Cwaize does not draw on web content when it answers your viewers.
Which languages can viewers ask in?
Viewers can ask in their own language. Cwaize detects it and answers in that language, whatever language the video was recorded in.
What does my team see?
Every question in the viewer's own words, per video, together with the answer it received. Questions the video could not answer are recorded as gaps; the gap list is included in the Growth and Scale plans. Audience country and device are shown alongside.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan can be started with a seven-day free trial; a payment card is required. The trial includes one video of up to ten minutes and 100 questions, and converts to the selected plan unless cancelled. The demo page works without an account.
