Cwaize adds an AI Video Q&A to any video on your website — self-hosted HTML5, YouTube embeds, YouTube Shorts or Vimeo — using a single line of code. Viewers ask questions while watching and get answers drawn from that video's own content, in their own language, in under two seconds.

Below are three real players running three real widgets. Same snippet, same video, three different ways of hosting it. Ask any of them something.

YouTube ShortsYesNothing — vertical format supported

Does it work with a self-hosted video?

Yes. If you host the video file yourself and play it in a standard HTML5 player, Cwaize attaches to it directly.

This is the simplest case: your video, your domain, your player.

The widget appears next to it and answers questions about what's in the video — including what's shown on screen, not only what's spoken.

Does it work with a YouTube embed?

Yes. Keep the embed you already have.

You don't re-upload the video, you don't change how it's published, and your YouTube analytics keep working exactly as before.

Cwaize sits alongside the player rather than replacing it. Your viewers stay on your page instead of leaving to search for an answer.

Does it work with YouTube Shorts?

Yes. Short-form vertical video works the same way as any other embed.

Short videos raise questions fast — there's no time to explain everything in sixty seconds.

The widget catches those questions instead of losing the viewer.

It answers even when there are no words

Most video Q&A tools transcribe the audio and stop there. Cwaize reads the screen too.

When a walkthrough shows a setting, a price, or a label without anyone saying it out loud, the AI still sees it. Ask about what's visible and get an answer drawn from the on-screen content.

    No narration, no problem.

    Any player

    Same code. Any player.

One snippet on your site. It works with the player you already use. Nothing to migrate, nothing to rebuild.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to re-upload my videos to Cwaize?
You upload a copy so Cwaize can analyse the content, but your original stays exactly where it is. Your existing player, embed and analytics are untouched.
Does it slow down my page?
No. The widget loads asynchronously and doesn't block your video or your page.
    Does it work on mobile?
Yes. On phones the widget opens as a bottom sheet so the video stays visible.
What if the video doesn't contain the answer?
Cwaize says so instead of making something up, and logs the question so you can fill the gap.
    Which players are supported?
Self-hosted HTML5, YouTube embeds, YouTube Shorts and Vimeo.
